The preppy aesthetic is also focused on bright colors and animal patterns like cheetah, giraffe & leopard pattern. The term "Preppy" is often used to describe someone who is well off and upper-class. Some people may confuse the preppy aesthetic with the VSCO Preppy aesthetic, which focuses on bright colors and animal patterns, or the Softies aesthetic.
