Time Insights is a feature available in Google Calendar for users with work or school accounts. It provides a dashboard that shows metrics on how users spend their time in meetings, such as the total time spent, the people they meet with most frequently, and their time allocation. Administrators have control over enabling or disabling this feature for their users. The Time Insights dashboard is accessible on the web version of Google Calendar but not on mobile devices. Users can manage the visibility of the Time Insights panel within their calendar view, although they cannot completely disable the feature themselves if it has been turned on by their admin.
